Westmore Makeup Academy

Im very confused! pls can someone explain !!… What you need to be a Makeup Artist Professsional???

For example, if someone wanted to attend "Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Arts," do you need any experience before to attend?? Do you need a license to be a cosmetologist ….. because this does not mention any school type License … can someone pls help! Thank you =)

I have friends who have taken courses and makeup are not allowed or beauticians cosmetologists. I guess it depends on where you want to work and what state you live in. The laws may vary. I know that many women working at Mac and cosmetics counters are not allowed. But they go through the education business through the company. And obviously a natural talent plays a role.
