Theater Makeup Skin Color

Do you think that parents' occupations that have influenced your career choice?
My mother is a makeup artist (esthetician) and I love that I have been exposed to that at a young age. I know so much about the colors and textures and skin types, people think I am a professional. I am grateful for this because it really helps in the theater world, where I am involved. If my mother had not been what it is, I do not think I benefited as much as me. On the other hand, my father is a family physician. Although I have nothing against doctors, I also learned at a young age that medicine was not for me. As satisfactory, it is to heal people and save lives at the same time, it is a great burden, and that stress and lifestyle of time. Of course, I could have done much money as a surgeon, but I really can not stomach the sight of real blood. xP Anyway, I just want your opinion on the subject.
My parents were factory workers, I am a postman and my son is a librarian. (His mother is a teacher) I do not see a reason
