What is cosmetic and personal care brands test on animals and those who do not work?
I'm moving to Green hair, makeup and personal care products not only because of trying to avoid too many ingredients artificial / synthetic, but also prevent those who test on animals. Is there a site (s) that has a list of brands that are natural / organic and DO test animals?
