What are the best makeup brands?
There are four parts to my question:
1) What is they best quality best makeup brand ever with money being no option?
2) What is the best quality makeup brand to get from a department store?
3) A drug store?
4) How does ELF cosmetics compare to these brands QUALITY wise?
Here is what I think but I’m not sure… don’t be afraid to disagree but I like reasons
