Fuller lips semi permanent makeup?
Has anyone had semi-permanent make up? I heard it's like a tattoo Semi permanent, as indicated below: http://www.visibleeffects.com.au/images/sidephotos/cos_tattooing.jpg I am particularly interested in the To my upper lip .. just to give the impression that s slightly larger, so I did not bother to lip morning.
