Foundation should I choose both?

I need a foundation for full coverage for my acne / acne marks scars and post. My face has a lot of redness that I want to cover without looking cakey or greasy. Im using dream matte liquid at present, but for some reason when the bottles almost out, it really starts to look cakey on me. I also need a base with a matt / powder finish. My dry skin is sorta in my areas of acne during the winter, but during the summer its nice combination. I also need a foundation that lasts until I decided to take my Makeup off. I do not want to slide off my face at raves and stuff. I always use a moisturizer and primer before applying my foundation if that helps. I also have done with a setting powder. My two choices are: 1. Revlon ColorStay 2. L'Oreal True Match I also hear good things about Revlon photoready and cargo liquid foundation .. Does anyone have opinions on these? btw MINERALS NOOOOOOOOO. NO ALL minerals.

I'd go with L'Oreal. My experience with Revlon ColorStay is present, it does take a long time, if that means you need a cream or oil based makeup remover to remove. The safeguards can be built. This stuff sets quickly if you need to apply to small areas of the face and quickly. The only reason I stopped using it because it made me horribly out cystic acne. I think the hairspray in it does not agree with my skin. I think L'Oreal has a foundation that is transfer resistant, but for the life of me I do not remember the name of it. But I do not think True Match is transfer resistant. Anyway, I sensitive skin so that you may have better results with Revlon.
