Physicians Formula Makeup Concealer

What makeup (foundation, concealer, pressed / powder) should I use?
I am 16 and have a little oily T-zone. I do not usually have bad rashes, where 2 or 3 times a year I get the bad along my forehead and chin (just under the buttons on the skin). I usually do a few zits, though. My skin is almost same, but a little clearer in my eyes. I do not want my face feel heavy or look cake-y. Which combination of concealor, pressed powder, loose powder and / or foundation would be best? (I will use the brand of Physicians Formula if it makes a difference.) Not what I asked, answering first. Yes, I heard about Bare Minerals, but I will not use this year, I do not have that kind of money.
It is a bit expensive for a year of 16 years, but I swear by Bare Minerals. It is not only infomercial shit, and it really does give a look impeccable and it is very light on your face. It lasts as long time.
