Photoshop Eye Makeup Brushes

Photoshop metamorphoses questionssss ???!!!?
OK, soooo I have the latest version of Photoshop to (I do not remember exactly), but I have a couple questions! 1. Once, I was watching a video on youtube and a girl used eyelashes! as the brush is shaped an eyelash! sooo, how do I get it! 2. how to tell if an image is good with photoshop! By this I do not want to say how prettty ugly or the person I mean the quality of the picture. If I zoom, get super blotchy when I try to do their makeup for the eyes?!?! Well, thats about it …… Thank you!
1) You can find this googling "photoshop brushes lashes. I did, and here are some of the first links that popped up: http://www.obsidiandawn.com/eyelashes-photoshop-gimp-brushes http://www.chezplumeau.com/php/brush.php/EN/501 http://xmisslizx .deviantart.com/art/Eyelash- Brushes-76670807 http://lordofdesign.com/high-end-eyelashes-photoshop-brushes/ I'm not sure if they all work for CS4 (which is the latest I think), but verify. 2) When you take a picture, just look at the image in full size. Are there any visible pixelation? Is it too sharp / blurry? What cons? Something big contrast will not work. Something too dark or too light can be difficult to work with. In fact, if the image itself seems to have a great quality to it, then it will be easier to work in Photoshop. When working in Photoshop, you must be very careful to ensure that well done. Then zoom in, and Do your thing, zoom out and see how it appears. Is it wrong? Realistic? change it if it is bad. Or change the opacity or layer style of the coat for a more natural look. Clear parts (I like to use the mask tool when deleting so that I can easily cancel the delete, without having to worry about), add parts.
