Aspiring Makeup Artist looking for a great school to attend school after high school?
I 17 years and have decided I want to be a professional makeup artist. Makeup is my passion and decided to make a career out of it. I'll probably be looking for schools makeup in California because that's where most bills are (or what I heard). I was Online searching for good schools to take and I need some opinions from people who have attended schools in California or know someone who. I do not know exactly what field of makeup artistry I want to work in the moment. But it will probably be in something like beauty and fashion. Definitely if SFX. I heard good things about the Westmore Academy and mud. What do you think? (Details please! Pros & Cons would good) And do you know any other good school to go to? I live in Indianapolis at the moment but would be willing to go to school Chicago, if there is nowhere to go. But definitely in California because I'll probably go there in a few years when I got married.

I'm in the same situation as you and I heard good things in the mud and Joe Blasko, but when I went to visit Joe Blasko, it is much more SFX: (and they have their own line of makeup they use and it is not good for the skin, or print if Bridal doesn model, does it wash away.
