Try lining your eyes with wild colors, like green or purple, whether you agree with this, because it will make your eyes pop brown. If you do not want something that extreme, try purple or eggplant eyeliner color (both are really beautiful brown eyes). Try some mascara too. Even blushing would brighten your face a little. Be sure to make your eyes for your attention, they are a bit like me, be proud of your eyes Brown and highlight:)
