How can I cover my freckles without my eye Makeup caked on like his?

I hate my freckles and the show really well during the summer. I use cover, but it never completely covers them up and it makes me look on the face as is agglomerated with makeup and you can just say that this is not the way my skin is really. I want it to look natural. How can I cope without looking gross?
