Is it better to make up mineral powder in the winter or summer?
I noticed that in the winter, my skin is more dry, the powder can sometimes be uneven or Search over my skin dry. I do use facial moisturizer at least once a day, either morning or night, sometimes both. should I use a different basis in the winter?
Usually people in the winter to wear a liquid foundation. because it does not work show dry areas and covers well. Summer people feel better to wear its just powder or mineral makeup, because they absorb sweat and Oil and sweat would be better than a liquid. also was not your normal to dry on your face.
