What is to be applied in the face before putting the powder mineral makeup?
Ive been using a mineral makeup powder foundation and somehow after I put it, I note that this is not the same as or wrinkles are not met by the foundation, even if I try to apply it evenly and spread it well. Should I apply something else in my face before mineral makeup Powder Foundation?
