How to become a makeup artist?
Even when I was a kid, I loved the makeup. I was the girl first year, carrying about lip gloss and lipstick, a new application each time I walked past a reflective surface. Now I'm at school, get straight As, and goes well, I think I want to become a makeup artist for a profession. I spend almost all the money I make-up high-end products for skin and hair products, makeup always trying new looks. It is my passion and something I know very well too. So how can I do to become a makeup artist? I intend to move to NYC, go to NYU, major in English and journalism, and then try to attend Makeup Makeup Forever at the Academy in Paris after graduation. What advice, tips, do you have for me to enter this profession? Thank you!
My advice ….. have to spend much money on makeup school. Believe me makeup school are for the most part a waste of money, I KNOW!. I attended two schools of makeup in Hollywood. But in any case be a makeup artist is to develop your own style. just practice!
