Glitter Eyeshadow Makeup Shades
Can you use ultra-fine powder used in the preparation for makeup?
Some of these nuances that I saw would be great eyeshadows. Ditto for lipstick, but I'm sure I could use some gloss and a brush dipped in brightness for make it stick. But what makes the eye shadow stick on the cover?
I certainly would not recommend. It can irritate your skin.
