Hello, I use the solvent to remove Nuetrogena waterproof eye makeup remover cotton swabs Great Lash mascara. He says he removes waterproof makeup without rubbing / drawing / pulling. I do not know if I do evil, but it sure is a lot of rubbing to get my mascara off. Even after I rubbed for a while it still does not get all off the bit, which leaves spots in the morning! It is also sometimes lashes! I get very frustrated. I tried to keep the swab in their for a while without success. What should I do? Yes, I shake the bottle:)
Just use baby oil, it works better still. Then wash your face after removing makeup.
