Rosacea is a persistent, embarrassing and potentially disfiguring condition. About thirteen million people in the U.S. have rosacea. The grass Chrysanthellum indicum has been explored for the treatment of rosacea. Compounds present in the extract appeared to strengthen the capillaries. A study showed that significantly improved rosacea symptoms, including facial redness, compared to placebo. Green tea cream, niacinamide, licorice and azelaic acid cream all posted impressive results. Many people have had success when food allergies were identified and eliminated the offending food from their diet.
