Holiday Tips: How to Survive Airport
For many people, the airport is the most stressful part of the festival. Sometimes the process is a dream, but more often it feels like a nightmare. If this is not a big queue on arrival then it is frantically checking your million bags for your passport or lose your way through the maze of doors and having to go through the airport for your flight. Indeed, the experiences of the airport are never going to be perfect, but here are some tips to make yours you is as painless as possible:
Before you get there:

Check and recheck your itinerary

Make sure that special needs are sorted before you leave for the airport

Gather all important documents together and to store in a safe place so you do not spend hours of panicking and looking for your passport

If you take public transportation, check first that there is no road works or delays expected that could lengthen your journey time.

Look at the billboards announcing the departure gate for updates.

Drink plenty of water before the flight to prevent dehydration.
