Does Covergirl makeup good?
I know this is not the best makeup out there, but it's good. I'm 13 and I do not want to spend too much money on makeup [I mean really I'm only 13, When I grow up I'll deff use] best makeup. my skin is very good. not fat but not dry. Covergirl is a good brand for someone just starting to wear makeup? [Please no disparaging remarks about the way it is "cheap" and how the makeup Chanel is wayy better and things like that. OK] Well, I know it works, but it works well? and ruin my skin?
Yes it is fine for a 13 year old. You do not need to worry makeup that much.
