I need recommendations for good quality, self eyeliners Sharpening with a real power remain. I am currently Covergirl and use of Wet n Wild, but they do not seem to stay too long. There brands that are affordable (I am a broke college student) and remains in place? Also, I would like some information on the new foundation powders companies such as Neutrogena and Covergirl.
